The last thing I made is posted right on this site – the start of my art journal. I used newspaper, markers, glue, glitter – deconstructed it a bit to age it. An art journal is something I have wanted to start all year, but just made the time when I signed up for Art Everyday Month challenge. The only thing is I have not returned to it. These blank pages intimidating to me and I seem to avoid them – afraid I won’t know how to fill it.

For 2011, do it afraid! Take some classes to learn new techniques, try new things…experiment!
