This first quote by Carl Jung is how I have began working on seeing my shadow.
I have began asking myself what do these projections say about me.
Like jealousy...it shows me what I am desiring.
It's not about them. It is me.
When I can recognize this, I can embrace it
instead of shaming myself because of my feelings.
