Christmas was not like Christmas this year...
this was the first time in 22 years that I have not been with my boys
on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning -
and the first year in many, many years
that my Mom has not been with us for Christmas.
The ice storm left us without heat or electric still on Christmas day
so the boys stayed with their Dad for the first time ever at Christmas.
My Mom hasn't been feeling well so she couldn't come either
but with the storm, we didn't really have Christmas anyway.
So, the plan is to "re-recreate" Christmas for a day when
all is back to normal and we are all together again.
