{day 1:::beginnings}

A cold winter day...on my way to work.

The plant in the photo s a rhododendron bush just outside my garage. In the winder the leaves turn dark purple & curl up so tight like they are trying to keep warm. If the sun is out,  the leaves uncurl. It has beautiful pink flowers in the Spring but in the winter has these little red buds.  I never noticed all this until I began taking photographs.
