Burning Question {stop}

The Burning Question for this week is...

What would you like to stop doing?
When someone has the good sense and conviction to stop doing what’s NOT working for them, well, it calls for a national holiday. The brilliance of simplification needs to be celebrated! 
I would like to stop...

worrying if I'm making the right decision * worrying what others think * letting my past hold me back * doing things out of obligation * letting negative people into my world * making excuses for not going to the gym * holding back my awesomeness * not believing i should type i have awesomeness * letting fear get the best of me * drinking so much caffeine * laying in bed in the morning instead of working out * unhealthy habits * believing things that aren't true * negative self talk

I'm sure there are others, but this is my list today!  I feel like I should use my stop list to make a START list.  So, here goes...

having faith in my decisions * believing in me * living in the present moment * knowing the past does not predict the future * do things i LOVE * let love in * express love * 
relish in all that in wonderful in my life * be grateful every day * surround myself with positive people * work out * be healthy * make healthy decisions * be awesome! * 
start a list of new & better beliefs * love ME
