Day 201 ~ Curbside Beauty

I was taking my son to his friend's house today - this neighborhood is full of older homes with so much character & charm - which I adore!! While driving I couldn't stop staring at the flowers planted in all the turn-abouts along the street.

Just beautiful.

After dropping him off (so not to embarrass him AGAIN with my photo taking :), I couldn't resist stopping & taking a few photos - especially since summer is coming to a close & flowers are nearing the end of their season.

    Your photos are gorgeous!! Such vibrant colors and I love how you added your feet!! I'm not a summer person. I'm always ready for fall, but, I do miss the flowers!!

    Beautiful colors! I love flowers at the end of summer. They are putting on their last, spectacular show before it gets cold. Hooray for you for getting out there and capturing their beauty :)
