Day 141 ~ The Blue Hour
I recently came across a definition for this time of evening at 52 Photos Project challenge - "The Blue Hour" from the French expression l'heure bleue, which is the period of twilight when it is neither light nor dark. I have always loved this time of evening...now, with this new found definition, it makes it even more alluring!
