Live Love 365 ~ Day 14

Yesterday, three of my friends from high school came to my house for a 'girl night out'.  All four of us met in Grand Rapids last Fall - the first time all four of us had been together in 29 years!!  It is amazing how easily everyone re-connected after such a long time.  It's even more amazing that it has been 29 years...doesn't even seem possible.  As soon as we were saying our goodbyes last Fall, in the same breath we were already talking about when we were going to get together next. 

This time we got to spend more time together.  We talked & laughed for a few hours, then went dancing...and laughed some more.  We even managed to hang in there for a late night (early morning) breakfast.  Again, it was just amazing how easily we all shared who we are now and what brought us here.  I don't always open up so easily to people and share very private things, but it just came out and I knew there would be no judgment.  A wonderful feeling!

You have to love Facebook for connecting us all again.  :-)  Just delighted that these wonderful women were brought back into my life.
